Can I pickup my order in person and save shipping fees?
Yes... pick-ups are fine, and there is no shipping/handling cost for pick-ups. We are in Pittsfield, Massachusetts.

How soon do you ship?
We ship within two days of receiving payment. If you pay with Google Checkout, it usually takes two business days for us to get the payment after you submit your order, then we try to ship the very next day. If you pay with a check or a third-party money order, we ship within two days of the deposit clearing. If you pay with a USPS Postal Money order, our deposit will clear immediately, so we will ship within two days of receiving the money order.

What about shipping costs for multi-item orders?
Shipping costs for multi-item orders will be given big discounts compared to the listed shipping prices for individual items. In many cases, additional items can be packaged together, and shipping will be the flat-rate cost at most if the combined package can fit in a flat-rate box. Send your zipcode before paying for a multi-item order if you want to know the shipping discount ahead of time.
