We accept Google Checkout, Money Orders, and Personal Checks. We will wait for checks to clear before shipping.
This is not an auction site, and most items are unique, one-of-a-kind treasures. If you submit an order with an automated payment process and the item is not available, we will not process the charge. In general, this only happens if someone else ordered it just prior to your order on the same business day or with too little time for us to de-activate the listing.
Shipping charges for multiple items shipping together to one address will be MUCH lower than single-item shipping and handling charges. Please email to get a shipping/handling quote for orders with multiple items. Shipping to Canada may be slightly higher than the shipping prices for the USA, but small items under one pound (such as sewing patterns) typically ship for the same price. We are willing to ship internationally as long as you pay the added shipping expenses.
We have only been asked once for a return and we granted a full refund. We have a general policy that all sales are final, no refunds unless you don't receive what you order, but please let us know if you have a problem or complaint and we'll probably offer you a full refund on return of the item(s) if you have a reasonable complaint. We want our customers to be happy and to give us good feedback, so please, if you're unhappy with a transaction, let us know and give us a chance to resolve the issue before leaving feedback.
